On Sunday, our first team returned to action as we hosted Chester in a pre-season friendly, which we won. With an agreement with Chester, we won’t be publishing the final score.
The players shown an incredible attitude on their return, adapting to changes that have been made by the manager over the summer break. The performance demonstrated that we are moving in the right direction as we get ready for the start of the season.
We thank Chester for their availability and wish them the best with their project for the upcoming season.
Our focus now moves to Sunday, when we host Wrexham Foresters at the Emplas.
